MY STORY

I'm Blake Anderson, a nurse with a long history in healthcare. Despite facing my own challenges, including weight issues and diabetes, I made a personal transformation by losing 40lbs through a healthy lifestyle. However, I also battled anorexia, bulimia, and drug addiction, hitting rock bottom before seeking help and entering rehab. Now, I find fulfillment in fitness and use my healthcare experience and personal struggles to empower others. I believe in a holistic approach to fitness. Through my journey, I've inspired and motivated many clients to reach their fitness goals.
